- Payment Data: Transaction history and billing information (processed via secure thirdparty providers).
3. Purpose of Data Processing
We process your data for the following legal bases and purposes:
- Contractual Necessity: To encode and set up your physical NFC cards in-house and
deliver them to you.
- Service Delivery: To provide the ReviewDee Dashboard, allowing you to manage your
links and view tap analytics.
- Legitimate Interest: To improve our NFC redirection technology and ensure the security
of our platform.
- Legal Compliance: To comply with Thai tax and accounting laws regarding business
transactions.
4. Data Retention
- Account Data: Retained for the duration of the service plus 5 years for legal/tax compliance.
- NFC Encoding Data: Once physical cards are encoded and verified in-house, temporary
setup data is securely archived or deleted from local setup tools.
5. Disclosure of Personal Data
We may disclose your data to:
- Technical Partners: Developers and hosting providers involved in maintaining the dashboard.
- External Platforms: Google Maps or social media platforms (only to facilitate the redirection of your NFC cards to your chosen profiles).
- Regulatory Authorities: When required by law or a court order in Thailand.
6. Security Measures
We implement strict technical and organizational measures to protect your data:
- In-House Setup Security: Physical cards are encoded within a secure environment by authorized personnel only.
- Encryption: The ReviewDee Dashboard uses SSL/HTTPS encryption to protect data in transit.
7. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Under the PDPA, you have the right to access, rectify, delete, or withdraw consent regarding
your personal data. You may also object to the processing of your data for specific purposes.
