Terms of Service: ReviewDee Co., Ltd.

Welcome to ReviewDee. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) constitute a legally binding agreement between you (“Client,” “User,” or “you”) and ReviewDee Co., Ltd. (“the Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By purchasing our products or accessing our dashboard services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms.
1. Services and Products
ReviewDee provides a hybrid solution consisting of:
- Hardware: Physical NFC cards, tags, or stands encoded with unique identifiers.
- Software: A digital dashboard hosted at app.reviewdee.com used to manage redirects and view analytics.
2. Account Registration and Security
- To access the Dashboard, you must register for an account.
- You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process.
- You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
3. Product Setup and Customization (In-House Encoding)
- Encoding Service: ReviewDee provides a “high-touch” service where all NFC hardware is encoded and set up in-house before shipping.
- Data Accuracy: You are responsible for providing the correct Google Place IDs or social media URLs. ReviewDee is not liable for errors in redirection caused by incorrect data provided by the Client.
- No Tampering: You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, modify, or overwrite the encoding on ReviewDee hardware without express written consent.
4. Payments, Shipping, and Refunds
- Fees: All fees for hardware and services are stated at the time of purchase.
- Shipping: Products are shipped from our office. Risk of loss passes to you upon delivery to the carrier.
- Refund Policy: Due to the customized nature of encoded NFC products, all sales are final. Refunds are only provided for hardware manufacturing defects reported within 7 days of delivery.
5. Prohibited Use
You agree not to use ReviewDee products or services to:
- Engage in fraudulent activities, such as artificially inflating review scores.
- Violate the policies of third-party platforms, including Google Business Profile Terms of Service.
- Distribute malware, phishing links, or illegal content.
6. Limitation of Liability
- ReviewDee is a facilitation tool. We do not guarantee specific results, such as an increase in star ratings or revenue.
- Third-Party Platforms: We are not responsible for any actions taken by third-party platforms (e.g., Google) against your account, including review removal or account suspension.
7. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Kingdom of Thailand. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangkok, Thailand.
